  • Management reporting and data analytics.

5- Legal Regulations, Compliance & Employment Laws

  • Employer and employee rights and obligations.
  • Conducting formal inquiries, cross-examinations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Sexual harassment and workplace compliance.

6- Recent Legal Rulings and Judgments

  • Outcome of rulings from Superior Courts and workplace harassment ombudsperson.
